Analysis on receipt of complaints lodged against the officers/ officials/ field offices regarding delay in finalization of their GP Fund, Pension, Pay Allowance, Promotion, Selection Grade and Move over cases etc. and other cases such as fraud and embezzlement, misappropriation, bribery and illegal gratification pointed by the complainants.
Calling comments on the above complaints from the field offices concerned
pursuance of the complaints to redress the grievances of the complainants
Obtaining the orders of the CGA for holding preliminary inquiry where necessary and appointment of inquiry officer/ Committee.
Preparation and issuance of Order of preliminary inquiry to inquiry Officer/Committee.

Analysis of inquiry Report and submission of case to Controller General of Accounts for decision.
